A Catchfire Orphan

Hi everyone,
I'm excited to share my recently completed Unreal Engine environment.

For this project, I followed a traditional asset creation pipeline, including modeling, sculpting, and texturing. Alongside that, I used Megascans assets and tileable textures wherever they fit the scene. For all the bottles, I used Meshy AI as a starting point and then modified both the Meshy-generated assets and Megascans assets according to the project's requirements. This workflow helped me save a significant amount of time while still maintaining the quality I was aiming for.

The entire process was a great learning experience. It introduced me to new challenges, pushed me to experiment with different techniques, and taught me a lot along the way. I'm currently working on a detailed breakdown of the project and hope to share it soon.

I'd also like to acknowledge a few amazing creators whose tutorials and resources helped me throughout this journey. If you're interested in Unreal Engine, shaders, or environment art, I highly recommend checking out their work:

Finally, I would like to thank a few people who played an important role in this journey:

Shubham (my student) https://www.artstation.com/vijay_91 – Thank you for trusting me with your work. I used one of your ongoing assets during the development process, and your support allowed me to present it in this environment before its official release. I'm looking forward to seeing your final version soon.

Devjit Paul (my student) https://www.artstation.com/devjitpaul – Thank you for sharing valuable ideas, useful resources, and helping me solve several Unreal Engine challenges whenever I got stuck.

Ketan (Friend) https://www.artstation.com/iketankashyap – A huge thank you for the countless late-night Discord sessions. Whenever I needed references and tutorials, you were always there to help. Your support made this journey much smoother.

Thank you to everyone who has directly or indirectly contributed to my learning. Every tutorial, conversation, and piece of feedback has helped me grow as an artist.
